Job summary

Winstar World Casino Terrace View Cafe is seeking a Line Cook to provide quick, efficient service in a fine dining setting and maintain sanitation standards.

The role follows kitchen leadership for opening/closing tasks, ensures proper food temperatures, and supports team delivery of Ala Carte service while maintaining safety and uniform guidelines. 18+ and high school diploma required; culinary training or fast-paced restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have line experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment or catering
• Ability to interact with coworkers to ensure service standards
• Must read, speak and write in English
• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds occasionally and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and efficient service to customers in a fine dining culinary experience
• Follow opening and closing procedures and food preparation instructions from supervisors
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, utensils and equipment
• Work as a team to prepare and deliver Ala Carte service
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards per company guidelines
