Job summary

Sauced BBQ& Spirits in Livermore, CA is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in our dining and kitchen areas. You will wash dishes, pots, and utensils, while rotating stock and keeping storage areas sanitary according to procedures and regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in fine dining or casual dining, strong multitasking abilities, and solid written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality or casual dining.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and work in confined spaces.
• Written and verbal communication skills are needed.
• Good organizational and time management skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing, pot washing, cleaning, and storage of food and supplies.
• Rotate stock and maintain sanitation in dining areas (Dining Room, Bistro, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with sanitary procedures and local, state, and federal rules.
