Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities and good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning of dishes and equipment.
• Storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Janitorial duties in Dining Room, Bistro, and related dining areas.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
