Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with Supervisor and Department Manager.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to operate dish washing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Wash and sanitize all dishes and silverware after each meal service.
• Polish silverware, chafing dishes, china and other service equipment.
• Transport materials and equipment for banquet and restaurant operations.
• Stock and replenish plates on cooking stations.
• Assist cooks and banquet staff by providing clean and organized tools and equipment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste and recyclables.
