Responsibilities

• Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, highlight specials, and answer initial questions.
• Coordination with Staff: Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth dining service and timely table turnover.
• Handling Guest Inquiries and Special Requests: Respond professionally to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
• Maintaining a Professional Environment: Keep the reception area organized, clean, and visually appealing; uphold fine dining hospitality standards.
• Managing Customer Complaints: Address concerns politely and promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
