Responsibilities

• Maintain service standards and ensure compliance with hotel standards and local laws.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, seat guests, explain concepts.
• Keep host area organized and maintain cleanliness of space.
• Adhere to trash procedures and sanitation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and hotel offerings.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure a safe guest environment.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and support smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
