Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Preferred: 1+ years’ experience at current Club or another Troon property.
• SERV Safe Certified (Food Manager & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food & beverage operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen communications.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and guest-focused service.
• Assist with inventory, opening/closing procedures, and safety.
