Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work well in a team and in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills in English.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests and exceed expectations.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Input orders into the POS system and retrieve from the kitchen.
• Keep dining room and work areas clean and organized.
• Explain specials or menu items to guests.
• Be familiar with hours of operation across events.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to satisfactory results.
