Job summary

The Half-Mile Farm in Highlands, NC is seeking a friendly Server to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, explain specials, and keep dining areas clean while delivering attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent English communication and guest relations.

• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and exceed expectations.
• Set tables properly before seating guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explain specials or menu items clearly.
• Maintain clean dining room and service areas.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately.
• Deliver orders from kitchen to guests.
• Check guest satisfaction and address feedback.
• Familiar with resort-wide hours and duties as assigned.
