You will collaborate with the general manager and team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and accurate financial handling at close of service.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in fine dining service management, a commitment to excellence, strong communication, and the ability to lead with integrity under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related food, beverage, and/or service management experience in a fine dining atmosphere preferred.
• Commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, humble and knowledgeable service throughout the property.
• Communicate with the Maitre d’ or Restaurant Manager about details that aid guest experience.
• Handle guest financials at the end of the experience (closing accurate amounts to Tock, applying gift cards, processing cards).
• Control the flow of service by being in tune with guest needs and team dynamics.
• Escalate guest issues with proposed solutions to a manager on duty for proper resolution.
