Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a la carte dining and wines/spirits service.
• Basic understanding of wines & spirits.
• Responds to Member inquiries and records orders accurately in the POS.
• Identify Members’ dietary needs in the POS.
• Run food from expo line to tables and bar.
• Maintain table settings by replenishing utensils and water glasses.
• Ensure Members are satisfied with the food served and charges are accurate.
• Prepare dining room by polishing silver and setting tables.
