Job summary

The Pacific Club in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a part-time bartender/server who delivers attentive, friendly service to our members and guests.

You will prepare beverages to standard recipes, assist in dining room operations, and maintain bar safety, sanitation, and inventory. Must have 1–2 years in fine dining, customer service experience, and valid Food Handler and RBS certifications. This is a non-exempt, evening/weekend friendly role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years in fine dining.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Stocks bar and supports pre-opening and closing duties.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, beverages, and POS operations.
• Work with dining room staff to facilitate service.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
