Job summary

Ezio’s Steakhouse in Miami Beach is seeking a friendly, organized Host to greet guests and manage reservations with warmth and efficiency. You will help oversee guest flow, maintain a polished entry, and support a Michelin-caliber dining experience in a boutique Italian steakhouse environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality passion, 1+ year in fine dining or high-volume settings, and comfort with Resy/OpenTable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant experience or similar guest-service role.
• Commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience with reservation platforms (Resy, OpenTable) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Stay organized, calm, and friendly in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly on the floor.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support all roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Manage reservations and guest flow using booking platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of reservation book, wait times, and VIPs.
• Coordinate with FOH team to ensure smooth pacing and seating.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues poisefully.
• Keep host stand and entry area clean and welcoming.
• Ensure guests feel seen and valued from arrival to departure.
• Assist with guest recognition and relationships with regulars.
• Collaborate with managers, servers, and kitchen for seamless service.
• Support with menu knowledge and guest communication when needed.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and training.
