Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale casual concepts with 1+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with scheduling, labor and inventory management a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and work in hot and cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room by example, ensuring every guest receives warm, polished, and attentive hospitality.
• Support the GM and AGM in overseeing daily restaurant operations and maintaining seamless service flow.
• Mentor, coach, and develop hourly FOH staff, holding all team members to consistent standards of excellence.
