Job summary

A detail-oriented hospitality leader, you will oversee service, training, and guest relations while maintaining impeccable standards in a 2-star Michelin environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams and mentoring staff.
• Ability to drive revenue while upholding Michelin-level standards.
