Qualifications

• 2 years of fine dining service experience required.
• Point of Sale experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review kitchen tickets for accuracy and communicate with kitchen and FOH teams.
• Deliver food to guests in a detailed and friendly manner.
• Ensure professional, engaging and friendly service at all times.
• Carry out side work daily with precision.
• Move food items from kitchen to guest tables with grace, speed and care.
• Converse with guests in a natural and respectful manner.
• Provide Five Diamond Service to external and internal guests daily.
