Job summary

The Fulton, part of Seaport Entertainment Group, is seeking a passionate Server for a seasonal role in Fulton, MO. You will take orders, serve guests, and ensure a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will maintain service standards, handle transactions, and provide knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergens to guests. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Server experience in a fine dining, high volume setting.
• Personable demeanor, instinctive nature, and ability to deliver world-class hospitality.
• Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong aptitude for clear and compelling communication, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to all guests.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverage, and process transactions.
• Maintain dining ambience with an enthusiastic and graceful attitude.
• Recommend menu offerings and provide daily specials when appropriate.
• Communicate orders to bar and kitchen by recording guest choices and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients and allergens.
