Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a management role within a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Champion and uphold the Milos service philosophy with excellence and consistency.
• Lead by example with visible floor presence and guest-focused leadership.
• Direct setup, service, and breakdown of the dining area and ensure readiness.
• Monitor dining room ambiance and ensure clean, well-organized spaces.
• Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Provide leadership and training for front-of-house staff on service standards.
