Thind Management, a family-owned hospitality company, is seeking a Restaurant Server Assistant for its fine dining properties. You will support servers, guide guests through the menu, and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities include upselling menu items and wine pairings, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service techniques.
• Experience with POS systems and order management software.
• Must have a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Develop understanding of the menu, ingredients and flavor profiles.
• Guide guests through the menu and suggest wine pairings.
• Enter accurate orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Upsell specials and premium beverages to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables per restaurant standards.
