Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains P&L authority over assigned location.
• Manages reservation system, service flow, staffing, and attendance notices.
• Leads staff briefings and training; expert on menu items and guest information.
• Interviews and on-boards new team members for future leadership roles.
• Trains staff through coaching and evaluations to excel and grow.
