The ideal candidate has 7+ years of culinary leadership, with 3+ years as Executive Chef in fine dining; ServSafe or equivalent; strong line presence; and a track record of building high‑performing teams in high‑volume settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of culinary leadership experience.
• At least 3 years as Executive Chef in fine dining.
• Must have fine dining and high-volume kitchen experience.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent required.
• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu development and kitchen leadership.
• Lead culinary team to maintain high standards.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure health, sanitation, safety compliance.
