Job summary

Legends is seeking a Cook 3 to provide quick, high-quality service in a fine dining setting at the Superdome in New Orleans. You will follow chef-led guidance for opening/closing tasks and food prep, ensure proper temperatures, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment to support exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended events in a fast-paced club or restaurant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Culinary training or equivalent fast-paced experience preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures and food preparation steps as directed by Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and service standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, shelves, walls, floors and drains to ensure sanitation.
• Work as a team to deliver excellent service and accurate product delivery.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards as required by the facility.
