Job summary

Legends in New Orleans is seeking a Part-time Steward at the Superdome. The role reports to the Lead Steward and involves maintaining cleanliness of china, glass, silverware, and kitchen equipment, while safely transporting supplies around the stadium.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong communication skills, and is able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work long flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the stadium as needed.
