Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Alcohol beverage knowledge.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fine-dining establishment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with others.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Certified Food AND Alcohol Handlers Card.
• Fully understand employee handbook and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through drinks, suggestive pairings, and perform service sequence.
• Maintain exceptional menu knowledge and accommodate special requests.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Complete weekly/monthly cocktail cleaning duties.
• Maintain table and dining area during service.
• Adhere to food safety and quality regulations.
• Balance cash, process orders, and ensure accurate charges.
