Job summary

Allora, a Michelin-recognized fine dining Italian seafood restaurant in East Sacramento, is seeking motivated Captain/Server to join our front-of-house team. As the primary guest contact, you will sell and serve food and beverages with authentic hospitality, knowledge of culinary techniques, wine and spirits, and deliver seamless service.

Requirements include 2–4 years in fine dining, teamwork, excellent hygiene, and ability to operate a modern POS system (Toast preferred).

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of fine dining service experience, and thorough knowledge of fine dining service procedures.
• Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.
• High school or equivalent education required.
• Toast POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and serve food and beverages with hospitality and service skills.
• Be the primary guest contact to ensure smooth dining room operations.
• Work as part of a team to uphold restaurant standards and procedures.
