The Kitchen Restaurant in Sacramento, part of Selland Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced Dining Room Server who leads with hospitality, excellence, and team spirit. You will maintain seamless table service, guide guests with beverage knowledge, and ensure every detail from first pour to final crumb reflects our values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-end service experience (server, captain, or sommelier) in a fine dining environment is preferred.
• CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

You are articulate, polished, and possess a “team-first” mentality. You understand that fine dining is a choreography of many moving parts. You strive for excellence and take feedback as a growth opportunity.

• Experience: 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus!
• Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings. (We create magic when the sun goes down!)
• Credentials: Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+.
• Mindset: A positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with an insatiable willingness to learn.
