The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in fine dining, knowledge of wine pairings, and bilingual Spanish/English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in fine dining management.
• Certified Sommelier preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varieties, and pairings.
• Strong public relations and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and maintains a superior dining environment.
• Supports General Manager and Assistant GM in policies and goals.
• Manages scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Develops and manages beverage programs within the restaurant.
• Leads wine training and manages inventory and ordering.
• Maintains high-quality standards for food, beverage, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensures confidentiality and protects company assets.
• Communicates effectively across staff and guest interactions.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.
