Job summary

The Condado Collection in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead and optimize our F&B operations at The Condado Vanderbilt and related properties. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field, with 3+ years in F&B supervision, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and a passion for beverage trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in food & beverage management with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Bar/F&B operations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Manages staff levels to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Develops events with clear goals and execution plans.
• Maintains operating budgets and quality standards.
• Coaches and provides feedback to staff to drive service excellence.
