Job summary

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico, offering luxury hotels, fine dining, and entertainment. The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager will support the F&B Manager, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across venues.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in F&B leadership, a hospitality-focused degree, and strong leadership, communication, and bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented and guest-focused leadership.
• Minimum 2 years in Food & Beverage management with supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; business background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food & beverage operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervise service staff (servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses) and kitchen staff; ensure smooth service.
• Train new employees on standards, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Schedule staff to cover peak hours and special events; manage staffing levels.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues to ensure a memorable dining experience.
