Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.
• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, budgeting and revenue performance.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and presented to quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, safety and alcohol regulations.
