Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in a management role in fine dining hospitality/nightlife/bars.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.
• Oversee beverage inventory, costing, budgeting and revenue performance.
