RPM Italian, in Washington, DC, is hiring a Restaurant Beverage Manager with 2 years of restaurant management experience to assist the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier on the cocktail, beer, and wine program and to lead daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage inventories, costs, and pricing with beverage program changes.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise and guide hourly and management teams to ensure a great guest and employee experience.
• Collaborate with GM and senior bar team on budgets, vendor relations, and menu updates.
• Conduct regular inventories and inspect deliveries to control costs.
• Interview, hire, and develop BOH staff as needed.
