Eddie Merlot's in Warrenville, IL is seeking a professional Bartender to deliver polished service in our lounge and dining room. Based on extensive beverage knowledge, you will prepare and present drinks following recipes, maintain a clean station, and collaborate with servers and hosts to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You must be 21+, have at least two years of bartending experience, read and speak English clearly, and hold a state license.

Qualifications

Two or more years’ experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively.
Must have a state license to serve alcohol and understand state/local liquor regulations.
Extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixed drinks.

Responsibilities

Complete and pass required training modules for Bartenders and Servers.
Know your work schedule for the week and arrive on time.
Know and understand beverage and menu options; follow recipes and presentation guidelines.
Communicate with Manager and Hosts regarding reservations, guest flow, and events.
Maintain bar cleanliness and stocking; open and close duties as assigned.
Greet guests, take and serve beverage orders, ensure outstanding service.
