Toca Madera in Las Vegas is seeking a Back Server to support the dining team by assisting the Server, delivering beverages, resetting tables, and ensuring a seamless, high-energy service. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fine-dining setting.

You will maintain table readiness, communicate with guests and kitchen staff, and help create an elevated experience in a fast-paced Mexican-inspired steakhouse that prioritizes guest satisfaction and flawless

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support Servers with guest greetings and a warm, welcoming experience.
• Execute beverage service, including pouring and refilling.
• Prepare tables for each course by resetting silverware, plates, linens, and service items.
• Maintain table cleanliness by removing dishes and debris.
• Deliver beverages from the service bar to guests.
• Communicate clearly with guests, Servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
