Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado seeks a PM Back Server who will deliver food and beverage with a focus on guest satisfaction, knowledge of the menu, and timely service. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain Forbes-style standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience working in a restaurant.
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards and procedures.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of wine, food and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in collaboration with others and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Use suggestive selling technique for food and beverage
• Attend daily pre-meal tasting and pre-shift meeting
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve promptly
• Check with guests during meal for satisfaction
• Manage guest check and payment
• Clear and set up tables before, during and after service
• Notify manager of guest comments and complaints
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and age restrictions
• Other duties as assigned
