Four Seasons Resort Orlando is seeking a CapA Assistant Manager with a passion for fine dining and guest excellence. You will lead a team in Capa, oversee service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in Food & Beverage, preferably high-end dining, and strong English communication. The role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by Four Seasons.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage, preferably fine dining.
• Fluency in English required; strong guest interaction and service focus.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline staff in the resort's Fine Dining Restaurant, Capa.
• Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and ensure excellent service standards.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items and wine knowledge in an elegant setting.
