Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead the Kitchen Department, plan and direct daily operations, and ensure exceptional quality and consistency in every dish within a luxury, guest‑focused environment. This role requires strong leadership, menu development, and adherence to Four Seasons standards.

You will mentor cooks, coordinate menu development, control costs, uphold sanitation, and collaborate with management to maintain Four Seasons

Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate selection, training, development, and evaluation of Kitchen Dept staff to meet cultural standards.
• Assist menu planning and ensure consistent food preparation and presentation.
• Control labor and expenses through budgeting, purchasing, and inventory to maximize profit.
• Ensure sanitation standards comply with regulations and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain controls for quality and portions; monitor food shipments against specs.
• Set up controls to ensure quality, portions, and purchasing specs.
• Communicate with staff and attend meetings to coordinate operations.

Education
