TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator II to assemble and test electronic and mechanical components in strict adherence to standardized work instructions and drawings. The role emphasizes precision, hand-eye coordination, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will train on 1st shift, operate microscopes, solder small parts, read manufacturing docs, and contribute to 5S and safety standards in a manufacturing setting. This is a full-time on-site position in Hampton, VA.

Formación

• 1 year in manufacturing, soldering/assembly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechatronics/Electronics technician degree or certification.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and SOPs/OMS.
• Reliable hand-eye coordination for testing assemblies.
• Soldering experience with small parts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble components per instructions and drawings.
• Test parts and assemblies focusing on precision and quality.
