TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator II for 1st shift in Mount Joy, PA. The role involves reading drawings, following instructions, and performing assembly processes with a focus on quality and safety. You will gather data, address errors, and cross-train across departments to support production goals.

Required 1-2 years of related experience, attention to detail, and clear English communication. Soldering certification is preferred.

Formación

• 1-2 years of related work experience preferable.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally in English.
• Soldering certification preferable.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions.
• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
• Gather and record data accurately.
• Detect and correct errors using established quality methods.
• Meet documented quality and productivity standards.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and perform daily boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and documentation.
