Job summary

OneMain Financial in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to listen to customers, assess needs, and offer financing options with a focus on friendly, fast service.

You will multitask across channels, target branch goals, and manage loan lifecycles including collections while complying with laws. A high school diploma or GED is required; Spanish bilingual skills are preferred and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude.
