Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a USA SCIB Product Specialist, Structuring Analyst to support TRS, repo, margin lending, and secured financing products for U.S. clients. You will work with senior desk members and cross-functional partners to analyze economics, monitor exposures, and develop desk tools.

The role emphasizes programming, data analytics, and quantitative skills to enhance pricing, risk management, and client coverage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong finance and risk concepts including collateral, leverage, funding costs, and counterparty risk.
• Experience with TRS, repo, margin lending, or other secured financing products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, structuring, pricing, and execution of TRS, margin lending, repo, and other financing transactions for U.S. clients.
• Develop client relationships, prepare materials, and respond to client requests.
• Analyze transaction economics, collateral, liquidity, concentrations, and risk factors.
• Determine financing terms including pricing, haircuts, margin requirements, tenor, and protections.
• Monitor portfolio exposures and market developments; build models, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Use programming and data analytics to aggregate, analyze, and visualize data; coordinate with risk, legal, operations, and finance.
