Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results tied to branch goals.
• Develop connections and present tailored loan solutions to customers.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections with regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
