Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Financial & Community Education Coach to deliver workshops, provide coaching, and build community partnerships across the territory. The role emphasizes financial stability, career readiness, digital literacy, and life skills through diverse community collaborations.

You will travel four days per week, adapt curricula for diverse learners, and represent the organization at events while supporting curriculum development and outcomes tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or 2 years+ experience in education, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience teaching or coaching adults preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate workshops on financial literacy, employment readiness, and digital literacy.
• Provide individualized coaching to help participants set goals and plans.
• Deliver programming at partner locations across the service territory.
• Travel four days per week to deliver workshops and coaching sessions.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and adapt curricula to needs.
