Fairwinds Credit Union is seeking a Financial Freedom Coach, a role that blends traditional teller skills with a consultative approach to helping members achieve financial goals. You will open accounts, recommend products, and guide members toward smart financial choices.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a member-facing role.
• Previous banking experience required.
• Previous lending experience in a financial institution required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and recommend relevant products and services based on members' needs and goals.
• Build trust and deepen relationships through consultative conversations that support members on their journey to Financial Freedom.
• Recommend deposit accounts, loans, investment and insurance products, and digital banking tools that align with members' goals.
• Help members identify lending solutions that support important life milestones through inbound, outbound, and referral-based conversations.
• Deliver prompt support for service-related needs such as account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Promote and educate members on self-service tools including online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols while supporting the branch team.
