Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years with an Associate’s degree; 3+ years without a degree.
• Licenses: Certified Work Incentive Planner program within 12 months; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial coaching addressing budgeting, debt management, savings, and goals.
• Conduct financial assessments and develop action plans with measurable goals.
• Provide benefits planning and help participants understand impact of work on benefits.
