Job summary

KeyBank is recruiting a Personal Banker in McMurray, PA to engage clients, uncover financial wellness needs, and provide guidance and solutions. You will attract new clients and expand relationships with existing clients, delivering a client-first, sales-driven service approach.

The role requires strong teamwork, polished communication, and the ability to work Saturdays. Prior sales experience and a history of building referral networks are valued, with emphasis on customer service and risk

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Experience with sales is more important than financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, various deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and business-line partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with Teller transactions as needed.
