Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover financial wellness opportunities, and guide them toward suitable banking solutions in Skippack, PA. You’ll build relationships, educate clients on products, and collaborate with team members to grow client and business banking relationships.

You will manage accounts, support teller duties as needed, and participate in daily huddles, contributing to a high-touch client experience in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma , GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 1 year minimum in developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
• Understanding of consumer credit and ability to discuss products and services with clients

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide guidance.
• Open personal and small business accounts and explain deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with teller-level transactions and participate in daily huddles.
• Support branch operations as needed and adhere to scheduling (including some Saturdays).
