Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in developing current and new customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting and networking.
• Comfortable with small business clients, overcoming objections and fact-finding questions.
• Experience with influencing partners and centers of influence across departments.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client and teammate.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provide recommendations.
• Open personal and business accounts and deposits.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
