KeyCorp’s Buffalo branch is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover needs, and offer financial wellness solutions in person and by phone. You will attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, guiding them toward suitable deposit, lending and advisory options.

The role emphasizes client-first service, integrity and teamwork in a sales-driven environment. You may work Saturdays and participate in branch operations and meetings to support overall performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to educate clients on financial products.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as directed by management.

Aufgaben

• Open personal and small business accounts and guide clients through products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Assist with teller transactions and seasonal branch operations support.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs as needed.
