Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
• Understanding of consumer credit and basic banking products
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital platforms

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness

• Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations as needed
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and document client interactions
